Residential Services

Purpose

We believe that everyone has the right to live in an environment that he/she feels happy and comfortable. Today we have five group homes where twenty-five adults receive 24-hour support with trained direct care givers whose primary goal is to deliver quality, personal, and compassionate service. The service we provide to our clients are defined by the Individual Service Plan (ISP) designed by his or her ISP team. Their goal is to increase the client's independent functioning and positive, transferable behaviors to aid in community integration.
Pathway Enterprises, Inc. takes seriously its responsibilities to provide all clients with safe, comfortable and secure housing. Our staff ensures that our residential houses are homes first, while skillfully providing the necessary medical, behavioral, and social care that our clients need. And since our clients are our priority, each home is not only furnished in a manner that reflects the resident's taste and preferences, each resident also takes an active role in the upkeep and day to day operation of the house.
