Duties include, but are not limited to: Creating an atmosphere of positive learning, recreating, working and growing so that classroom participants, staff, and volunteers can learn, play, and strive for personal and professional goals. Facilitate classes and provide excellent communication with participants and team members as needed to ensure success. Develop, research and create new courses and/or modify curriculum and schedule to ensure the greatest participation, as well as create the class schedule and calendar and ensures it is distributed widely via Therap, emails, internal and external contacts.
Preferred qualifications include: 4 year degree, experience in marketing, development, facilitation, and teaching. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer proficient, problem solver, and a driver’s license in good standing.
