Pathway Enterprises recently made Oregon Business magazine’s 2014 and 6th annual list of the 100 Best Nonprofits to Work For in Oregon. The list is comprised of nonprofit organizations that foster an outstanding workplace and are committed toward best workplace practices.
The rankings for the 100 Best Nonprofits list were based on the confidential input of employees who answered 35 questions about workplace satisfaction such as benefits, management, trust, work environment and career development. The survey was developed in partnership with the Nonprofit Association of Oregon. It is voluntary and free of charge, and independently calculated by research partners DHM Research. Pathway CEO, Becky Simpson, and Director of HR, Linda Knight, attended an event in Portland on October 1 where the 100 Best Nonprofits were celebrated and the much-anticipated rankings in the October issue of Oregon Business magazine were revealed. Pathway was named #16 in the “large organization” category, and was one of only five non-profits from the Rogue Valley that made the state-wide list!
