WE NEED CHANGE NOW

Oregon community providers are in the midst of an unprecedented direct care workforce staffing crisis. Staff employed by community agencies who support individuals who experience intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) are leaving the field in record numbers due to poverty wages.
