This position provides oversight to staff members who support participants who live in their own home or apartment.  This position is responsible for recruiting new participants and working collaboratively with parents, guardians and community partners to ensure successful transitions.  This position exercises a high degree of independent decision-making.  It’s a fulfilling and energy intensive salaried position with excellent benefits.  If you’ve got the will, work ethic and desire to change lives, we invite you to apply.

Fitting candidates possess experience working with people with disabilities and experience in a supervisory/managerial capacity.  Know that you are required to be able to successfully pass a State of Oregon criminal background check, have a clean drug screen and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.  Finally, proficiency with computers and basic knowledge of state developmental disability service design are also required for this position.
