Rick has been dedicated to improving the lives of people with disabilities since 1994. His extensive leadership experience includes serving as the Director of Contract Services for Assets Inc. in Anchorage, Alaska from 1996-2008 and holding the same role at Southern Oregon Aspire from 2013-2015. Since 2008 he has been the Director of Contract Services for Pathway, where he continues to make a lasting impact. With a strong background in business operations and workforce development, Rick has successfully operated businesses in food services, postal operations, commissary operations, recycle processing, landscaping, janitorial services, temporary staffing, and construction. His expertise in contracting and procurement spans multiple programs, including Ability One (formerly JWOD), the Alaska State Use program, and the Oregon Forward Program. Rick likes to travel with his wife, Becky, cooking, and spending time with his dog Pepper in his free time.
