Brittney grew up in Medford, Oregon. She began her career at Pathway in 2011, right after high school, as a DSP supporting individuals with disabilities. She was promoted to Assistant Manager in 2013, became a Residential Manager in 2016, and later served as Pathway’s Quality Assurance Specialist from 2019 until stepping into her current role as a Residential Director in 2021. Brittney is in the process of moving to Gold Hill, where she serves as a Board Member of The Gold Hill Community Development Organization (CanDO). In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and daughter.
