Crystal was raised in the small village of McGrath, Alaska, alongside her parents and older sister. She pursued her education at the University of Alaska, earning a degree in Human Services. Her career in disability services began in 2001 as a Case Manager for Assets Inc. in Anchorage. In 2009, she relocated to Oregon to take on the role of Residential Director at Pathway. Passionate about the organization’s mission, she stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer in 2024. Crystal also serves on the Central Point Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is an active member of the Central Point Rotary. She is dedicated to fostering a sense of belonging and supporting individuals with disabilities. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and spending time with her daughters, Addison and Jemma, and their two cats, Gelato and Judd.
