Steven joined Pathway as the Accounting Manager in October 2018, bringing with him a strong background in finance and operations. His exceptional attention to detail, dependability and strategic approach earned him a promotion to Director of Finance in 2023. Before joining Pathway, Steven spent 12 years at Hubbard’s Hardware as the HR and Accounting Manager and five years at CDS Publications as the Inventory Control Manager. Steven’s commitment to precision and reliability ensures that Pathway’s financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, reading, wine tasting, thrifting, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
