Linda joined Pathway in 2010 as the Director of Human Resources. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and over 35 years of experience in all aspects of HR, including recruiting, benefits and compensation management, counseling, training, conflict resolution and all associated generalist functions. She grew up in Michigan, spent some time in Idaho, Colorado, St Louis, and then moved to Oregon to care for her ailing parents. She has worked for such prestigious companies as Hewlett Packard, Storage Technology, and Harrah’s Entertainment. In her free time, she enjoys traveling (her most memorable vacation was a three-week trip to Italy), reading, and playing pool. She currently serves as the Southern Oregon Pool League Operator for a national pool league, managing 150 players between Medford and Grants Pass.
