Empowering independence and building a stronger community together.

Pathway Enterprises, Inc. began as Southern Oregon Training and Habilitation which incorporated in May of 1985 to provide homes and work opportunities for residents of Southern Oregon who were residing at Fairview Training Center, Oregon’s State Institution for adults and children with mental illnesses and developmental disabilities. In 1986 we opened four homes in the Rogue Valley. In 1988, Pathway started the first apartment supported-living program for developmentally disabled adults in Jackson County.

Our vision is to educate and support individuals and their teams to ensure adults with disabilities have opportunities to thrive in their environments by providing awareness, education and training that will lead to meaningful living, work, and community connections.
