Khristian Andresen

Khristian has spent most of her life in Southern Oregon and has 20+ years of experience working in the disability field. Before joining Pathway as a Program Manager, she spent 10 years working as a DSP and two years as a Program Manager at a sister agency. Her creativity and strong leadership skills led to her promotion as Pathway’s SL and Employment Director in 2022. What she loves most about work is witnessing and supporting individuals as they grow, learn and achieve success. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, listening to audiobooks, going to concerts, binge-watching Netflix, and camping with her family and their three dogs.
